Working with Central Bedfordshire Council (CBC) and their partners, I delivered a successful OBC that gained £6m of Defra innovation funding to allow the ResilienTogether partnership to improve catchment resilience. I helped the team to navigate an entirely new business case approach to embark upon their innovation programme.

I now undertake periodic reviews of their innovation delivery, to ensure that benefits committed within the OBC are delivered and am working with the team to produce the FBC.
