Business case writer and consultant

I produced a series of programme-level business cases that obtained over £75M of funding to allow the Navigation team to progress their asset management needs. Many said that it could not be done but the business cases were commended as a template for future work. I estimate that this efficient approach removed the need to submit over 200 individual business cases, saving the client over six months and £2million.

I subsequently led the investigation of commercial arrangements to overhaul client delivery when budgets significantly increased.
